Purpose:
The primary contact between the company and our clients. Responsible for creating and maintaining assigned customer accounts. Duties:
Client Communication and issue resolution Monitoring and responding to client communication Creating client invoices Data entry for accounting activities Auditing client files Collaborating with department heads across departments An ability to produce a high-volume output while maintaining an attention to detail Additional duties related to all aspects of account management as directed by manager Skills/
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in administrative or account support Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel Word Outlook Power Point) Ability to build long-lasting and meaningful relationships with clients Ability to give instructions and clearly explain problems or situation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets Benefits Include:
