• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a project manager role
• Strong leadership skills and organizational abilities
• Experience managing large, complex projects
• Knowledge of customer relationship management and risk mitigation planning

• Bachelor's degree
• PMP certification or equivalent training
• Healthcare insurance industry business and operational knowledge
• Experience with an industry-standard software development life-cycle
