Regional Fire Protection Operations Manager Industrial Services | Fire Safety | Operational Leadership

We’re seeking a results‑driven Regional Manager to lead the Inspection, Testing, and Repair (ITR) operations for fire protection systems across multiple industrial sites. This is a hands‑on leadership role overseeing people, processes, and equipment to ensure operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction.

• Lead regional fire protection operations, including portable and semi‑portable extinguishers, life safety equipment, fire detection systems, gas detection, foam, dry chemical, and water‑based systems
• Drive operational performance, including revenue, EBITA, cash flow, and backlog management
• Develop and execute annual operating plans aligned with business strategy
• Build a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement, and ethical excellence
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and NFPA standards across all sites
• Standardize processes across field offices to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Lead integration of new acquisitions and drive operational alignment

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
• 8+ years of industrial operations experience with supervisory responsibility
• Deep technical knowledge of fire protection systems and NFPA standards; NICET certification preferred
• Strong financial acumen, leadership, and team management skills
• Exceptional customer relationship and communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other operational software
• Commitment to safety, ethics, and regulatory compliance
