The OpportunityThis is not a “sit in the office and review reports” management role. This is a floor‑driven, people‑centered leadership opportunity inside a high‑energy warehouse/manufacturing environment in Lincoln, AL. You’ll take ownership of production performance, safety culture, inventory accuracy, and team development. You’ll build leaders, solve problems before they escape, and ensure your department runs like a well‑oiled machine. What You’ll Be Doing- Drive daily production targets and performance metrics
- Lead manpower planning and ensure proper resource allocation
- Maintain inventory accuracy and operational efficiency
- Develop Supervisors, team leaders, and associates
- Manage new model activities and operational projects
- Anticipate operational risks and implement preventative solutions
- Monitor safety results and implement corrective countermeasures
- Ensure regulatory and compliance standards are maintained
- Deliver consistent communication across departments and leadership
- Complete daily and monthly operational reporting
- 5+ years of warehouse or manufacturing management experience
- Proven success leading and motivating production teams
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and manpower planning
- Experience managing performance, safety, and quality metrics
- Ability to lead projects and present to leadership
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Post‑high school education in Operations, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Salary: $72,254 annually
- Work Model:
Onsite - Full operational leadership responsibility
- Location:
Lincoln, Alabama - Must be flexible to work any shift as operational needs require
