Warehouse Manager

Job Overview

Warehouse Manager – Mobile, Alabama (Branch #252). Facility located on Halls Mill Rd (30,514 sq. ft). Shift begins at 6:15am.

• Provide strategic leadership for the warehouse operations and act as a change agent to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build, communicate, and influence a vision for growth and operational improvement.
• Operate on‑site, engaging directly with associates on the production floor.
• Promote and enforce safety practices, creating a safe work environment for all associates.
• Maintain high levels of associate engagement and consistent communication with staff and counterparts.
• Drive quality in customer shipments and inventory integrity throughout the facility.
• Hire, train, and provide professional development for all associates, ensuring a productive warehouse workforce.
• Lead and supervise activities including unloading and stocking of inbound shipments, order picking, packaging, shipping of outbound orders, and cycle counting.
• Ensure regular cycle counts are completed accurately and maintain cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Safeguard warehouse security and equipment, reporting any accidents and addressing issues with management.

• At least 3years in distribution management, leading 4+ employees in a large warehouse environment.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in coaching, training, and performance management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage across all organizational levels.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and radio‑frequency (RF) technology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with OSHA and DOT regulations;
  Material Handling Equipment Certification preferred.
• Experience managing a team of delivery drivers is a plus.

• Monthly pay range: $3,918.60 – $8,621.80.
• Bonus or incentive plan eligibility.
