The Community Manager is the primary person for a property. They oversee day‑to‑day operations, financial performance, resident relations, and manage personnel.

• Manage on‑site operations by achieving budgeted income, expense, and leasing goals.
• Develop an annual marketing plan and conduct marketing reviews.
• Prepare, submit, and maintain the annual budget.
• Evaluate unit prices in accordance with the market and budgeted goals.
• Oversee the leasing process; approve prospective resident applications, discounts, and renewals.
• Obtain bids for all contract services and oversee routine capital projects.
• Supervise staff members to ensure goals are met; including hiring, training, and performance management.

• Previous multifamily property management experience (Required)
• On‑site accounting and leasing experience (Required)
• Previous supervisory skills with the ability to hire, motivate and evaluate team members
• Excellent communication skills; ability to read, write and communicate effectively
• Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook

• This position is primarily in an office environment, but must be able to walk the property, including climbing stairs.
• May work around cleaning solvents, paint fumes and landscaping chemicals.
