Job Overview
The Ops Enrollment Leader is responsible for providing quality and efficient enrollment services to customers by managing a team of enrollment specialists. The role includes motivating, coaching, training, and ensuring smooth enrollment processes.
Responsibilities and Duties- Lead a team of Enrollment Specialists to provide high‑quality service.
- Receive and evaluate referrals, determine enrollment options, and schedule meetings.
- Provide clear, accurate communication to referrers and enrollees about enrollment status.
- Troubleshoot issues and field questions from staff and external customers.
- Train clients and employees in using the GT Caregiver App and other tools.
- Direct employees to answer calls promptly and professionally.
- Evaluate processes, recommend improvements to increase efficiency and service.
- Manage staffing, ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Provide performance feedback and coaching regularly.
- Ensure employees receive necessary training and resources.
- Create and maintain a high‑quality work environment.
- Assist manager with staffing, training, scheduling, and recognition programs.
- Participate in project teams for process improvement.
- Communicate upward regarding department or employee concerns.
- Assist with documentation and training for Docu Sign program.
- Prepare operational plans and project status reports.
- Promote adherence to the company’s mission and values.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of related experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Extensive experience with complex projects, critical thinking, and problem solving.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills; ability to meet deadlines.
- Time‑management skills under pressure.
- Ability to build positive relationships with diverse backgrounds.
- Experience leading and maintaining an effective team.
- Competent with Microsoft Office and the Internet.
- Proficiency in Excel.
