Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Store Manager to oversee a team of 30-40 employees, ensure sales goals are met, and manage the store budget while serving as the public face of the store in the local community.
You will lead hiring and training of new staff, supervise Assistant Store Managers and a Team Leader, maintain store appearance, and participate in monthly leadership meetings with the Director and other store managers.
