Financial Analysis Manager

• Lead a team of analysts managing financial execution of Boeing Global Services Government Sustainment efforts
• Manage, develop, and motivate a geographically diverse team
• Execute financial analysis processes to inform business decisions and meet operational goals
• Build relationships with stakeholders
• Drive process improvements
• Provide oversight and coaching on technical approaches
• Ensure communication and collaboration within the finance team and with business partners
• Manage employees within the Financial Analysis Center of Expertise supporting Boeing Space Intelligence and Weapons Systems Statement of Work
• Perform and analyze Estimates at Completion, budget baseline development, financial forecasting, and risk management analysis
• Develop and execute project and process plans
• Implement policies and procedures and set operational goals
• Acquire project resources and lead process improvements
• Manage budgets, earned value, compliance monitoring, and variance analysis

• Currently have a Bachelor's degree or higher
• 3+ years of experience with financial analysis, financial modeling, financial or resource forecasts, and/or assessment of associated risks and opportunities
• 3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• At least one year of experience in a leadership role OR completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”
• U.S. Person status required for U.S. export control compliance
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
• U.S. Citizenship required for the security clearance
• Final U.S. Top Secret/SCI Clearance Pre-Start required

• Preferred: 1+ years of experience with Estimates at Completion, Data Analysis, and/or Budgeting/Cost Performance Reporting
• Preferred: 1+ years of experience with process improvement
• Preferred: 1+ years of experience with team building, developing and motivating employees
• Preferred: 1+ years of experience communicating with senior managers and executives, customers, business partners, suppliers, subcontractors, and government representatives
• Preferred:
  Highly motivated, self-starter and self-directed learner with a creative mind and high attention to detail

Demonstrates expertise in financial analysis, including Earned Value Management and budget management, while effectively leading and developing a diverse team. Strong ability to drive process improvements and ensure compliance with operational goals and U.S. export control requirements.
