Utilities EAM Maximo Consultant – Manager

• Lead the implementation and integration of Maximo software solutions
• Analyze client needs and develop tailored Maximo deployment strategies
• Provide client training and support
• Manage project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
• Guide teams in strategic planning and execution of Maximo initiatives
• Identify system linkages and interactions to improve performance
• Coach and mentor team members
• Address conflicts and engage in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders
• Promote emerging technologies and innovative practices
• Build and maintain client relationships to identify and address operational challenges

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience
• Demonstrating proficiency in IBM Maximo Asset Management and Maximo Integration
• Experience in the energy, utilities, and mining sectors
• Willingness to travel up to 60%
