The Liquid Packaging position plays a key role in supporting safe, efficient chemical packaging operations at our Axis, AL facility.

• Operate and maintain packaging equipment
• Monitor plant conditions and report issues
• Package materials in designated areas (Drumming, Bottling, Synthesis, Warehouse)
• Perform housekeeping and support tasks during downtime
• Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies
• Perform permit work, (Fire Watch, Hole Watch, Bottle Watch)

• Operate on a four‑day, 10‑hour workweek (Monday‑Thursday), ensuring consistent productivity and availability
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs., climb stairs, and wear respiratory protection
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to safety and compliance
• Must pass a drug screen, pre‑employment physical, and background check
• Participation in monthly safety blood draw program required
