About the Role Essity is looking for an experienced Production Operator.

The ideal candidate should/could live in Barton/AL.We’re looking for people who embody our Beliefs & Behaviors and bring curiosity, innovation, and a willingness to challenge the status quo. What You Will DoOperate several types of machinery

Operate lift trucks

Work with basic computer systems

Conduct basic maintenance on machinery

Who You Are High School diploma or GED required

Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience

Must be able to work rotating shift schedule including weekends

Ability to analyze data Mechanical aptitude

Ability to work in a team-based work setting

Must have ability to pass written assessment, pre-placement physical, drug screen, and background check

Compensation and Benefits:$ 22.65 /hourly rate + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors such as knowledge, skills, and experience.
