Position: Bilingual Production Supervisor (English / Spanish)

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead, coach, and develop production employees to achieve safety, quality, and delivery goals.
  • Coordinate workflow and staffing to meet production schedules efficiently.
  • Adjust labor, materials, and production priorities to maintain operational performance.
  • Conduct safety audits and enforce OSHA and company compliance standards.
  • Complete shift reporting, production tracking, and performance documentation.
  • Lead root-cause analysis efforts to resolve recurring manufacturing issues.
  • Champion 5S initiatives and maintain organized, efficient work areas.
  • Support maintenance coordination and continuous improvement projects.
  • Participate in hiring, evaluations, employee development, and performance management.
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of manufacturing or production experience with leadership responsibility.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal required).
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety standards.
  • Experience leading teams in fast-paced production environments.
  • Proven ability to conduct root-cause analysis and implement process improvements.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing production demands.

Compensation & Work Model
