Builders First Source - 6400 Moffett Road - Responsibilities:
Load and unload materials onto pallets, trucks, or customer vehicles and secure with strapping or padding to prevent movement;
Assemble load packages for delivery based on order and vehicle capacity to ensure balance and safety;
Read work orders or follow instructions to determine materials to move;
Move materials within storage using hand truck, electric dolly, forklift or similar;
Open containers/units and use tools to prepare loads;
Attach tags/labels for correct identification and handling;
Follow safety procedures and participate in safety meetings
