Now hiring an experienced Production Supervisor for a growing manufacturing operation in Mobile, AL. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting daily production operations, employee supervision, workflow coordination, quality initiatives, and process improvement efforts within a fast-paced production environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, production-focused, and comfortable leading from the floor while helping drive efficiency, communication, and team performance.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations and employee workflow

• Coordinate schedules, assignments, and production priorities

• Train and support production employees on procedures and safety standards

• Monitor productivity, quality, and operational efficiency

• Assist with inventory coordination and material tracking

• Troubleshoot production and operational issues as they arise

• Support safety initiatives and compliance within the department

• Participate in process improvement and workflow optimization efforts

• Maintain production records, reports, and documentation

• Work closely with other departments to support production goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing leadership

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Experience leading employees in a manufacturing environment

• Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced production setting

• Experience with quality systems, reporting, and operational coordination preferred

• Microsoft Office proficiency required

• ERP, Business Central, or Power BI experience is a plus
