Description
We are hiring dependable and safety-driven General Laborers-Industrial Manufacturing for temporary positions within a large industrial pipeline facility. This is an excellent opportunity that offers consistent hours, overtime, and the potential to become a permanent employee based on performance and attendance.
Schedule & Work Environment:
- 12-hour shifts, Monday-Friday; possible weekends.
- Rotating weekly schedule
- Work is performed in a non-climate controlled industrial environment with e xposure to heavy machinery, steel materials, industrial coatings, and outdoor conditions.
- Associates can expect up to 60 hours per week, earning $19.00/hour for the first 40 hours and time-and-a-half for all hours worked over 40.
- HSE safety bonus incentives after 90 days
- This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable with hands-on, physically demanding work in a heavy industrial environment and who take safety seriously.
- Grind, clean, and prepare large-diameter steel pipes
- Assist with handling pipes weighing up to 20,000 lbs
- Load, unload, stage, and organize materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and plant regulations
- Wear all required PPE (hard hat, gloves, steel-toe boots) and Report hazards, unsafe conditions, or equipment issues immediately
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial labor.
