** Electrical Maintenance Technician
** to support our manufacturing operations in Mobile, AL. We are looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and demonstrates strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
This role offers the opportunity to directly impact plant performance, improve system reliability, and contribute to achieving production and quality goals alongside cross-functional teams.
** Roles and Responsibilities*
* + Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including PLCs, motors, drives, and control circuits
+ Maintain and program PLC systems (Allen Bradley and Siemens platforms)
+ Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve equipment uptime and reliability
+ Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and control diagrams
+ Diagnose issues involving analog and digital signals, strain gauges, and electrical components
+ Ensure compliance with safety standards and National Electric Code requirements
+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to optimize equipment performance
+ Utilize CMMS systems to document work orders and maintenance activities
** Qualifications and Experience*
* + Technical associate degree, Industrial Mechanic Technician diploma, or electrician certification required
+ High School Diploma or GED required
+ 2-7 years of industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing environment
+ Experience troubleshooting electrical control systems, analog/digital signals, and instrumentation
+ Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
+
Experience with CMMS systems is an asset
+ Willingness to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
+ Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC)
+ AC/DC motors, drives, and controllers (ABB, Siemens, Demag)
+ Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US without sponsorship
