We're looking for a true Industrial Maintenance Technician.

The person we're seeking understands that when production stops, the clock starts ticking. You're the one who gets called when a conveyor goes down, a motor fails, a bearing locks up, or a piece of equipment isn't performing the way it should.
You enjoy troubleshooting. You enjoy fixing things. You enjoy being the person everyone counts on when the line needs to get back up and running.
If you've spent the last several years maintaining manufacturing equipment, production machinery, conveyors, motors, pumps, electrical systems, and industrial equipment-we want to talk to you.
Minimum 3 years of recent hands-on Industrial Plant Maintenance experience required.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving equipment that keeps production moving.
Daily

Responsibilities Include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing production equipment.

• Diagnosing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor system issues.

• Performing preventive and predictive maintenance.

• Repairing motors, bearings, gearboxes, pumps, belts, and drives.

• Troubleshooting AC/DC electrical systems.

• Performing wiring, electrical terminations, and equipment adjustments.

• Maintaining HVAC and refrigeration systems as needed.

• Conducting production line inspections and identifying opportunities to prevent downtime.

• Operating maintenance equipment including plasma cutters, torches, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

• Supporting continuous improvement and safety initiatives throughout the facility.

• Responding quickly and effectively to equipment breakdowns.
What We're Looking For
Required :
• Minimum 3 years of recent Industrial Plant Maintenance experience
• Experience troubleshooting production equipment

• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude

• Experience with conveyors, bearings, motors, pumps, and industrial machinery

• Ability to read and follow technical instructions

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Commitment to workplace safety
Preferred:

• Food processing or manufacturing experience

• HVAC/Refrigeration experience

• PLC troubleshooting experience

• Welding and fabrication experience

• Forklift experience
