Position: Packaging Inspector

Location: Mobile, AL

Pay: $15.99/hour

Experience: Manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred

Education: GED required

Schedule: Flexible rotating shifts (days, evenings, nights) with overtime as needed

Clark Personnel is seeking a Packaging Inspector to join a growing and dynamic team!

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Verify quantities, labeling, and packaging accuracy
• Monitor product quality, print appearance, and coding
• Load and unload materials from machines and conveyors
• Assist machine operators with production runs and changeovers
• Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Perform basic cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Support production and continuous improvement initiatives

• GED required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout shift
• Basic manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work safely around machinery and equipment
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
