* Position Summary:

**** Responsible for defining, measuring and managing the quality requirements for A320 Family aircraft assembly jigs, tools, and measurement systems at the Final Assembly Line (FAL) - USA.Your Challenges**:*** ## Define Quality Assurance (QA) requirements in the technical specifications for Airbus Jigs, tools and measurement systems.* ## Coordinate and lead QA measures with Jigs, tools and measurement systems suppliers and monitor their implementation.
* ## Participate in supplier evaluation, pre-development production concepts, defining testing characteristics, and verifying that new production and control means align with established requirements.* ## Define and conduct all relevant QA activities (Verification and validation, measurement system analysis, inspection plans...)* ## Conduct product testing in manufacturer and purchaser sites. Including but not limited to acceptance, commissioning and validation tests from small standalone tooling to entire production lines and integrated industrial systems.
* ## Coordination of logistical activities related to testing and support coordinate metrology tasks on new and in production means.* ## End to end non-conformity management during the design, manufacturing and commissioning phases for all relevant products. Including investigation, correspondence, resolution and documentation.* ## Perform troubleshooting by determining root causes of errors and both initiating and verifying the effectiveness of remedial measures.
