Maintenance Technician II – Huntsville, AL

Grade 12 | Pay Range: $35 – $38 per hour | Shift Differential: $0.50 per hour for day shift, $2.50 per hour for night shift

Sign‑on Bonus: $6,000

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical controls, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, PLC (Siemens and AB) and pneumatics on all site equipment
• Provide technical support for all new equipment installations
• Perform and ensure Preventative Maintenance (PMs) are completed per schedule and that all plant lab and weighing systems are performing within the specifications of the process requirements
• Gather and analyze technical data and recommend needed repairs or modifications on production equipment; update all electrical and mechanical drawings for equipment modifications (e.g., red‑line drawings)
• Assist in the development of PM programs for all new equipment
• Establish or modify work procedures, including PM, to meet the demands of the site
• Make recommendations to improve maintenance and production operations
• Create corrective work notifications in SAP for all production equipment

• High School Diploma or GED with 7 years of Industrial Engineering/Industrial Maintenance experience, required
• Associate/Technical degree in a related Industrial Maintenance field with 3 years of Industrial Engineering/Industrial Maintenance experience preferred
