** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
** Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Create and maintain material master records, Bills of Material (BOMs), and routing data in the ERP system in accordance with company standards.
* Review and validate data against engineering drawings and process documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Planning, Production, Costing, and Purchasing to resolve data discrepancies.
* Support production planning and product costing by maintaining accurate and timely system data.
* Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and standardization within Material Data Management processes.
* Assist with documentation, reporting, and basic data analysis as needed.##
** QUALIFICATIONS
* ** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
* ERP system experience preferred; SAP experience a plus.##
** EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
** Associate degree (A.A. or A.S.) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
