Position: Maintenance Office Coordinator (Mobile, AL)

Position

Maintenance Office Coordinator – Site:
Mobile, AL (on‑site at the Mobile, AL location near Airbus Final Assembly Line).

Responsibilities
  • Work in a safe manner, actively participating in REEL’s safety, health, and environmental programs.
  • Provide administrative support to the Maintenance Group, communicating via telephone and email to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Populate equipment/assets sheets in the SAP database with relevant data.
  • Follow deadlines for receiving materials and restarting suppliers when necessary.
  • Gather information and prepare monthly activity progress reports.
  • Schedule meetings.
  • Check availability of documentation needed for maintenance services.
  • Create and manage soft and hard copies of operating and maintenance manuals, filing them properly.
  • Select and evaluate suppliers, initiating enhanced surveillance in collaboration with the Quality & EHS Manager.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Attend scheduled team meetings and complete safety training requirements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five years of office coordination experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and active listening skills; able to work independently and in team.
  • Self‑motivated with track record of dependability.
  • Ability to function in a reactive environment, excellent time‑management and organizational skills with ability to multi‑task and prioritize work.
  • Calm and effective in critical situations.
  • Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/SAP experience is an asset.
  • Flexible with changing assignments and work schedules; may be required to work overtime.
  • Physical ability to stand and sit for extended periods, and to speak, hear, and see colors and shapes properly.

Position Type / Expected Hours

Full‑time. Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.; schedule may change based on business needs. Overtime may be required.
