Job DescriptionThe local chemical facility in Theodore, AL is looking for an experienced Material Handler. Must have a valid driver's license and a clear background check.
Work schedule consists of 12‑hour rotating shifts.
Starting pay: $21.17 per shift.
ActivitiesOperate heavy equipment, including extensive forklift experience.
- Loading/unloading and packaging of product.
- Work around rotating and moving equipment while packaging.
- Manually handle various materials.
- Work at heights, including ladders, railcars, and bulk truck trailers.
- Climb ladders and stairs to perform tasks.
- Respond quickly to identify and correct quality issues.
- Maneuver and work in confined spaces to clean out and prep equipment.
