• Perform CNC machining operations while meeting safety, quality, and production requirements.
• Monitor tooling set‑ups and process planning.
• Recommend improvements to operation.
• Load and unload work in fixtures and verify conformity to dimensional specifications with assigned gauges.
• Inspect parts to CAPP dimensions.
• Troubleshoot cycle to find the root cause of part problems or non‑conforming part characteristics.
• Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

• CNC mill machining
• CNC lathe machining

• Part & production machining
• Read and understand part feature specifications and dimensions
• Attention to detail (demonstrated/experience)

• Mechanic, piston, or machining knowledge

• Hand and torque tools
• Safety wires (tying)
• Precision measuring devices
• Analog and digital micrometers

• Drop and depth gauges

High School Diploma / GED / Equivalent or Higher

Must be willing to work any shift.
