** Pay Range:** $40-$43 per hour
** What's the Job?*
* + Contain issues and business impacts to ensure smooth manufacturing operations
+ Solve problems efficiently to minimize downtime and enhance productivity
+ Accelerate deliveries and reduce missing parts through process optimization
+ Quickly fix quality issues to maintain high standards
+ Sustain improvements and performances across manufacturing processes
** What's Needed?*
* + Engineer degree in a relevant field
+ Experience in Supply Chain, Final Assembly Line (FAL), Manufacturing Engineering, or Quality
+ At least 4 years of experience in the domain
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Proficiency in industrial engineering techniques and lean methodologies
