Airbus Americas, Inc. is looking for a Customer Acceptance and Delivery Manager (CADM) based in Mobile, AL. The CADM will serve as the focal point for the customer, ensuring on‑time, on‑quality delivery of aircraft to airline customers and lessors. The role includes coordinating the Customer Acceptance & Delivery Multi‑Functional Team (CAD MFT) and managing technical, industrial, certification, and planning risks.

• Act as the single point of contact for the customer throughout the CAD process.
• Coordinate the CAD MFT and manage communication loops among team members.
• Lead risk management on aircraft technical status and industrial planning from pre‑FAL to ferry flight.
• Monitor negotiations of complex technical/industrial topics and manage containment actions to prevent delivery delays.

  Go decisions at hand‑over and aircraft acceptance.
• Manage customer communications and presentations, including feedback loops and continuous improvement.
• Perform aircraft status review meetings and manage major manufacturing incident notifications.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent aeronautical technical experience.
• At least 8 years combined aeronautical and customer‑focused product support experience.
• Prior experience in aircraft production or delivery environments.
• Strong aircraft technical knowledge and ability to communicate in English.
• Knowledge of company policies concerning social media use.

• A&P license.
• Experience with CAM, DTM, CAQM or similar roles in aircraft production/delivery.
• Deep knowledge of aircraft manufacturing processes, configuration, airline operations, certification, and airworthiness.
