As part of the X-Plant Department Leadership team, the incumbent will assist in coordinating all activities related to the X-Plant M.E team functions within their designated X-Plant MFT business area. The X-Plant M.E Supervisor ensures that actions are launched in a timely orderly way, to support the dedicated X-Plant MFT and X-Plant Operations Leader Manager ( technical analysis, part ordering, Work Order creation, OSW analysis).

Identifies critical points, launches actions and proactively follows until task closure. Provide input and manage/lead the X-Plant M.E Team including operational priorities and deliverables according to the FAL & Flight line milestones. Ensure that team members are competent and have the required skill set proficiency. Establishes and maintains effective communication with the X-Plant MFT, X-Plant Leadership and wider FAL teams.
