General Labor Heavy Industrial Manufacturing

We are hiring dependable and safety-driven General Laborers-Industrial Manufacturing for temporary positions within a large industrial pipeline facility. This is an excellent opportunity that offers consistent hours, overtime, and the potential to become a permanent employee based on performance and attendance.

Schedule & Work Environment:

• 12-hour shifts, Monday-Saturday
• Rotating weekly schedule
• Work is performed in a non-climate controlled industrial environment with exposure to heavy machinery, steel materials, industrial coatings, and outdoor conditions.
• Associates can expect up to 60 hours per week
  , earning $19.00/hour for the first 40 hours and time-and-a-half for all hours worked over 40
  .
• HSE safety bonus incentives after 90 days
• This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable with hands-on, physically demanding work in a heavy industrial environment and who take safety seriously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grind, clean, and prepare large-diameter steel pipes
• Assist with handling pipes weighing up to 20,000 lbs
• Load, unload, stage, and organize materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and plant regulations
• Wear all required PPE (hard hat, gloves, steel-toe boots) and Report hazards, unsafe conditions, or equipment issues immediately.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial labor
