ABOUT THE POSITIONThe Case Packer is responsible for packaging finished products into boxes, bags, or displays per customer specifications. This role ensures accurate labeling, documentation, and pallet identification while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Package finished products into boxes, bags, or displays according to customer specifications.

- Verify the correct product type and quantity before packing.
- Apply and verify case labels for accuracy, placement, and legibility.
- Complete pallet tags with required product, date, and batch information.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area.
- Follow GMP, HACCP, SOP, SSOP, food safety, and safety requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED with basic math and reading skills.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and complete required documentation accurately.
- Food manufacturing or packaging experience and knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SOP, SSOP, and safety requirements preferred.
- Ability to distinguish colors and maintain the vision needed to accurately inspect products, labels, and packaging.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and regularly bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and climb stairs or ladders.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and push or pull materials using appropriate equipment.
