Community & Social Media Marketing Manager

Do you love being out in the community, creating content, and connecting with people? Mitchell Automotive is looking for a high‑energy, outgoing team member to represent our brand both in the community and online.

This is a hands‑on, in‑person role—not just a desk job.

• Represent Mitchell Automotive at local events, schools, churches, and community partnerships
• Build relationships and strengthen our community presence
• Capture and create content (Reels, Tik Tok, etc.) at events and in‑store
• Send a weekly Monday email sharing upcoming events and opportunities for staff involvement
• Work closely with dealership teams to coordinate participation and promote initiative

Monday–Friday: 8AM–5PM (in‑store and in the community). Regular evenings and Saturdays required for events and sponsor ships.

• Outgoing, positive, and comfortable engaging with people daily
• Organized with strong communication skills
• Experience with social media and short‑form video (Reels/Tik Tok)
• Self‑starter who can manage multiple locations and priorities
