Experienced PMHNP Job Opportunity – Outpatient Psychiatry | Gadsden, AL | Full-Time | Monday–Friday Experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Gadsden, Alabama

Ally Psychiatry is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient behavioral health team in Gadsden.

This is a full-time outpatient PMHNP opportunity offering a Monday–Friday clinic schedule, collaborative physician support, and a strong work-life balance within a clinician-led psychiatry practice.
Candidates must have a minimum of one year of PMHNP experience practicing in Alabama and an active DEA license.

PMHNP Position Highlights
  • Full-time outpatient psychiatry position
  • Monday–Friday outpatient clinic schedule
  • Call schedule of one night per week and one weekend per month

PMHNP Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits
  • Provide medication management and ongoing outpatient psychiatric care

  • Deliver evidence-based mental health treatment in an outpatient setting
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and multidisciplinary care teams
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation

    Participate in scheduled evening and weekend call rotation
