Nurse Manager- Unit ; Telemetry

Overview

The Nurse Manager for Unit 3200 – Telemetry I is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and management of clinical and operational activities within the department. This role ensures the delivery of safe, effective, patient-centered care while promoting quality outcomes, staff engagement, regulatory compliance, and fiscal responsibility. The Nurse Manager serves as a clinical and administrative leader, supporting staff development and maintaining a collaborative interdisciplinary environment.

• We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Alabama.
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS certification required.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience (Charge Nurse, Assistant Manager) in the specialty telemetry area preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to effectively manage staff, workflow, and patient care operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Current RN license in Alabama (active).
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification required.
• BSN is preferred.
