Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years OR RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An excellent opportunity is available for Registered Nurses experienced in the Operating Room to provide critical support at a leading Level 1 trauma facility. Immediate openings are available for professionals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced surgical environments and who can contribute their strong neuro expertise to high‑acuity cases.

• Current and valid RN license
• Minimum of one year experience in a high-volume Operating Room
• Demonstrated expertise in neuro surgical cases
• Previous experience in a Level 1 trauma setting strongly preferred
• Ability to effectively collaborate with surgical teams and support staff
• BLS and ACLS certifications required

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Scrub and circulate as needed, ensuring sterile field maintenance at all times
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other clinicians to optimize surgical outcomes
• Respond rapidly to emergent situations in the OR
• Monitor patient vitals, assess for changes, and promptly communicate concerns
• Accurately document interventions and ensure patient records are up-to-date
• Educate and provide emotional support to patients and families as needed
