A NA’s primary responsibilities are to ensure patient comfort alongside RNs, LPNs, and CNAs who provide more advanced care. You will be mentored by experienced nurses to learn on the job and prepare for the CNA exam. Nursing assistants perform a variety of tasks and are key players at our facility.

• High school diploma or GED
• Good listening skills
• Excellent customer service skills and compassion for assisting others
• Willingness to improve standing by obtaining the CNA certification (the organization pays for training)
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English
• Bilingual is a plus
