We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing clinical team serving patients throughout Mobile and Baldwin Counties, Alabama. This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to work closely with leading oncology practices while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals navigating cancer treatment and complex medical conditions.

    Required Qualifications
    • Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
    • Active or eligible licensure in the State of Alabama
    • Minimum of four years of direct patient care experience in primary care
    • Extensive knowledge and experience in:
      Chronic disease management, Complex patient care and Palliativecare principles
    • Strong organizational, clinical, and problem-solving skills
    • Adaptability and comfort working in a growing, evolving healthcare environment
    • Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Clinical experience caring for oncology patients or other high-acuity patient populations
    • Strong understanding of cancer treatment-related complications and supportive care needs
    • Experience coordinating care across multiple providers and healthcare settings
    • Background working within a Value-Based Care model
