The Mobile Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our team of healthcare professionals on weekends only. As an RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. • Lead by Example: Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to our team of nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Operational Oversight: Coordinate patient care activities, manage staffing, and optimize workflows to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.
• Quality Improvement: Collaborate with our leadership team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance with regulations and accreditation standards.
• Communication: Serve as a liaison between our healthcare team, patients, and families, providing clear and concise communication to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
• Team Building: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through active listening, open communication, and support for our diverse team members.

• Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alabama
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience as a registered nurse, with preference given to those with supervisor or leadership experience
• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Certifications: Maintains current certifications in basic life support (BLS) and other relevant certifications as required by the center
