Hospice Clinical Manager RN

Position Overview

The Clinical Manager - Hospice oversees clinical staff working with high medical acuity clients or those receiving extended support services. They are responsible for staff orientation, ensuring competence, and maintaining compliance with licensing, medical standards, and agency policies.

• Developing and managing clinical programs, services, and staff in alignment with policies.
• Supporting agency growth and serving as a clinical expert for operational and financial oversight.
• Investigating client complaints and participating in recruiting, hiring, and staff training.
• Evaluating programs for continuous improvement and conducting client home visits to ensure quality care.
• Ensuring staff adherence to federal/state regulations and supervising clinical staff, including annual evaluations.
• Overseeing case management for financial viability and managing caseloads as needed.

• Registered Nurse licensure in the practicing state.
• Active CPR certification per agency policy.
• Preferred: 3+ years RN experience in hospice care.
