Reporting to designated neonatal and hospital clinical leadership, the Nurse Practitioner will practice with established protocols, physician collaboration, specialty consultation, and accessible operational support. Responsibilities may include neonatal assessments, diagnostic interpretation, treatment planning, medication management, documentation, family education, discharge coordination, and participation in quality and safety programs.
