RN In Our Wow Program
As an RN in our WOW Program (Work on Weekends) - We offer you an hourly rate of $45/hour plus a $4 night shift differential. This generous compensation package also includes paid time off, 401k, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. In this position you will be unit based and required to work every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care to patients on the 3200 Telemetry Unit in accordance with physician orders, established policies and procedures, and the standards of nursing practice. The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while promoting positive patient outcomes through collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
The Telemetry RN delivers compassionate, evidence-based care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and other acute medical interventions, ensuring quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.

Pre-Employment Requirements:
- We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.
Education Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Licensure:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Alabama.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Experience:
- Previous acute care or telemetry experience preferred.
- New graduate RNs are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of nursing principles and evidence-based practice.
- Ability to recognize and respond to changes in cardiac rhythms and patient condition.
- Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient needs in a fast-paced environment.
