Crowne Health Care is currently accepting applications for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our long-term care and rehabilitation team specializing in geriatric care.

This Baylor position is a great opportunity for CNAs looking for a weekend-focused schedule while still receiving full-time pay and benefits

Qualifications
  • Current CNA Certification Required
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
  • Must be dependable and committed to providing quality resident care
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen
Essential Job Functions
  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) according to each resident’s individualized plan of care
  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other personal care needs
  • Obtain and document vital signs as required
  • Accurately document ADL care and services provided
  • Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition or behavior to the nurse
  • Communicate effectively with nursing staff and other members of the interdisciplinary team
  • Maintain resident dignity, privacy, comfort, and safety
  • Provide compassionate and respectful care to residents and their families
