Crowne Health Care is currently accepting applications for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our long-term care and rehabilitation team specializing in geriatric care.

- Current CNA Certification Required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
- Must be dependable and committed to providing quality resident care
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) according to each resident’s individualized plan of care
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other personal care needs
- Obtain and document vital signs as required
- Accurately document ADL care and services provided
- Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition or behavior to the nurse
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain resident dignity, privacy, comfort, and safety
- Provide compassionate and respectful care to residents and their families
