We are looking for:

The Landscape Production Manager is the primary manager for all landscape installation team members. The focus of this Landscape Production Manager position is to ensure client satisfaction through production management, plant and material procurement, equipment management, and personnel management. You'll oversee 3-5 installation crews and work directly with the Director of Operations. In this Landscape Production Manager role, you'll be the driving force behind creating outdoor spaces that inspire people and strengthen our community.

• Must possess the ability to communicate effectively
• Has 8-10 years landscape construction or installation experience
• Must be familiar with the use of Microsoft
• Must be self‑motivated and accountable
• Possesses the ability to lead and inspire others
• Familiar with irrigation systems, drainage, hardscapes, planting techniques and procedures, & grading with heavy equipment
