Regional Property Manager

Foshee Residential is seeking a results-driven Regional Property Manager
to oversee a portfolio of apartment communities in the Alabama / Mississippi area.

This role is responsible for driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and team success
across multiple properties.

• Develop and manage annual budgets
• Monitor property performance and financial results
• Review and analyze monthly variance reports
• Control expenses and identify opportunities for improvement

• Supervise and support Property Managers and onsite teams
• Assist with staffing, hiring, and team development
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative work environment

• Oversee day-to-day operations
  across assigned properties
• Ensure communities meet occupancy and revenue goals
• Support and evaluate marketing and leasing strategies

• Coordinate and oversee capital improvement projects
• Ensure properties maintain strong curb appeal and operational standards
• Identify opportunities for property enhancements

• Support initiatives that drive resident satisfaction and retention
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service

• 5+ years of property management experience
  with staff supervision
• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong experience with budgets, reporting, and property performance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
• Valid Driver’s License required
• CAM, CPM, or similar certification preferred

• Regular travel between assigned communities
• Occasional extended travel as needed
