The pay rate for this job is $48,000 - $52,000 / Annually*

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
• Supervise, coach, and schedule team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Provide strong customer service and set clear service expectations for the team
• Handle inventory, ordering, and basic supply management
• Manage opening and closing procedures and cash handling
• Support hiring and training of new staff
• Assist with guest questions and resolve issues professionally and promptly

• Previous restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and remain steady in a busy environment

• Reliable, professional, and able to work with limited supervision
