Le Moyne's Chophouse, located inside The Admiral Hotel in downtown Mobile, is looking for a dependable, hardworking Steward to join our culinary team. If you take pride in keeping a fast-paced kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly, we'd love to meet you.

Location: 251 Government Street, Mobile, AL 36602
Pay: $15.00/hour

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils
• Keep kitchen, dish area, and storage spaces clean and organized
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment
• Assist with receiving deliveries and basic food prep as needed
• Remove trash and maintain a safe, sanitary workspace
• Support the culinary team wherever needed
• Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• High school diploma preferred
• Previous steward or dishwashing experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequently bend, reach, lift, push, and pull (30+ lbs.)
• Work safely in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment
