We are seeking a Senior Executive Chef to lead high‑volume culinary operations within a healthcare setting in Orlando, FL. The role involves overseeing all culinary functions for a dining account, managing a team of associates, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage cost controls and expenditures for the account.
- Plan and create all menus.
- Purchase and manage inventory.
- Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and the culinary team.
- Culinary degree preferred.
- Three to five years of culinary management experience.
- High‑volume production and catering experience required.
- Experience managing cost controls.
- Desire to learn and grow with a top‑notch food service company.
