• Greet customers-Servers are often the first people to greet customers.
  
  They are friendly and professional.
• Take orders-Take accurate orders and input them into the point of sale (POS) system.
• Communicate with kitchen staff-Communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure that orders are sent out as requested.
• Process payments-Process payments at the table or at the POS terminal.
• Offer beverages– Offer
  beverages to guests and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Maintain dining ambiance- Maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere and ensure that food and beverages are delivered in a timely manner.
• Store presentation – Maintain highest level of cleanliness in all customer facing areas of the restaurant.
