As a Closing Shift Team Member at our restaurant, you are the guardian of our standards. Because we close our doors at 6:00 PM, your role is critical in transitioning the restaurant from the mid-day rush to a state of total readiness for the following morning.

Your Impact:

• Closing with Excellence: You will execute critical closing procedures, including cleaning equipment, breaking down stations, and ensuring the dining room is guest-ready—all while finishing early enough to enjoy your night.

• Operational Integrity: You’ll assist in securing the restaurant, managing final inventory tasks, and ensuring all food safety protocols are followed until the final transition.

• Hospitality to the Last Guest: You provide Chick-fil-A’s signature care to our afternoon and early evening guests, ensuring their experience is remarkable right up until our 6:00 PM close.
