What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage as a member of a high-performing team, focusing on trust, commitment, and results
- Build relationships with customers from greeting through post-sale contact

- Assist with visual merchandising, store setup, and merchandise stock counts, while handling the cash register

- Ability to work collaboratively with retail sales associates at all levels
- Physical ability to stand and walk for most shifts, lift up to 50 lbs., and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors
- Willingness to work across multiple store locations and brands as needed

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
- Skills in visual merchandising and store presentation
- Familiarity with cash register operations and point-of-sale systems
