Experts of store process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise (GM) areas of the store. This team conducts inventory accuracy, merchandise set‑up and maintenance and pricing processes for all areas of the store.

Experts enable efficient delivery to our guests by supporting pick, pack and ship fulfillment work.

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest‑first culture across the store
• Experience in retail business fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement
• Experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
• Engage with guests to solve their specific needs when assistance is required

• Execute daily tasks assigned by your leader to achieve business priority goals—including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and placing promotional signs for GM areas
• If certified, operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures
• Execute processes such as changing prices, merchandise set‑up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed by your leader for all areas
• Learn how operational procedures—setting up and organizing merchandise, managing product stock levels, and maintaining sales floor areas—impact inventory management, store profitability, and product availability
• Be knowledgeable about the resources, products, and services available in the store and specific to your area to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
• Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct them where possible
• Support guest services such as back‑up cashier, digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking and packing orders or delivering pickup orders to guests) while maintaining compliance culture and regulatory requirements such as adult beverage laws
• Perform all other duties based on business needs

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
• Climb up and down ladders
• Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others
• Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable and prompt attendance
• Capable of working in varying temperatures and humidity levels while performing certain job duties including Drive‑Up, carry‑out, etc.
• Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)
